Now that warm weather is finally here, it's got us thinkin'...maybe it's time for us to put some T.L.C towards our arms. What would a BIG warm hug be with weak arms?! Are we right, y'all? Sweeties, here at Southern Breeze we just loooove workouts that are easy, fun, and of course, beneficial to the body!
Our plan is to sculpt and tone your arms with the help of Ashley from @a.will.fitness! Ash is queen of fitness and workingout and knows which workouts our Sweeties will love and enjoy. Luckily for us, she’s back and sharing her best 5 arm workouts that everyone can do from just about anywhere! Let's get excited! First a sweet note from Ashley. “Hello Sweetie ! Summer is right around the corner, time to tone up those tank top arms! No weights, no problem just grab some cans from the kitchen. Perform 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps of each of these exercises to get ready for warmer weather.” Why thank you Ash! Let’s get to the details!
1). Bicep Curls- (10-12 reps)
2). Lateral Raises-(10-12 reps)
3). Tricep kick backs-(10-12 reps)
4). Dumbell press-(10-12 reps)
5). Front raise-(10-12 reps)
Just do 3 or 4 sets of these and there you have it… a full arm workout! Wanna know the best part about these? Hello! My name is Ashley Williamson. I’m a mother of two, military spouse, and veteran, living my best life in the great state of Texas. I have overcome thyroid disease and chronic pain syndrome to transform from an over weight mom to bikini competitor in a few short years.
