Take it away Ash! “Sweeties!! What’s a workout without a stretch? Stretching helps to improve your flexibility and ease that dreaded post workout soreness. Get a full body stretch with these easy moves after each workout! Slowly ease into the stretch and you’ll feel slight tension. Hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds. Note: A stretch should never be painful or feel like the muscle is tearing.”
