First, a word from our sweet pal, Ashley! Take it away, Ash! “Hey Sweeties!! In this month of ‘all things love’ I challenge you to find some form of exercise that you love!! Taking a class or incorporating new equipment is a great way to discover something new! TRX classes are becoming more and more popular in health clubs around the country. If you’re not into classes, you can purchase your own set of bands pretty inexpensively and use them at home. They help to provide you with a heart pumping, full body, body weight workout. Finding a workout you love will keep you motivated and on track! Try this TRX workout and let us know if you love it. While you’re at it, bring some friends along and spread the love! Start with 3 sets of 10 reps! That should get the blood flowing!”
Thanks Ash! We are thrilled to show you this Sweetie-friendly workout! It’s surely a feel good exercise with all the stretching and toning that will be goin’ on. Let’s get to the TRX how-to, a workout you will love! Heeeere we go!

Hello! My name is Ashley Williamson. I’m a mother of two, military spouse, and veteran, living my best life in the great state of Texas. I have overcome thyroid disease and chronic pain syndrome to transform from an over weight mom to bikini competitor in a few short years. I took that knowledge that I gained and become a certified personal trainer. I am now lucky enough to go to work every day managing a 30,000 square foot gym full of motivated people. I find joy in the small things, a nice walk outside, a workout with a friend, and a cold glass of calorie free sweet tea. Southern Breeze Sweet Tea is a staple in our house, especially when I’m preparing for a show. It’s so convenient and delicious, trust me, you’ll love it too!
