Sweeties, the holidays are officially here! You know what that means, ‘tis the season for family togetherness, visiting friends, and tasting all the oh-so-yummy goodies! We know how tempting enjoying all the holiday foods can be y’all! Trust us, we know some foods are just too good to pass up! Oh the bread, the meat, casseroles, and the desserts… YUM!
If Thanksgiving indulging left you feeling bloated and sluggish, you’re in luck Sweeties! Ashley from @a.will.fitness has yet another Sweetie-friendly workout for us. This time, she’s targeting that stubborn tummy area that we all know…and dislike, Ugh!
Let’s melt away that jiggle and tighten loose skin y’all! Tummy tightening exercises are not only essential for a flatter, trimmer stomach, it also overall helps provide support for your entire body! This also helps reduce pesky back pain, improves posture-stand tall y’all, and helps give you better balance-woo-hoo! All of these mix together for a better and slender you!
Before we get down to business, a sweet note from Ashley herself: “With the holidays upon us, it’s easy to overeat and reach for our stretchy pants! Why not eat our fill and work on a tight and toned tummy too? Complete as many sets as you can, 3 is a good place to start, to fight that uncomfortable belly bloat we all find ourselves with after Thanksgiving dinner! In fact, commit yourself to completing this set at least once a week in the New Year and you’ll be ready for summer in no time!”

#1 Knee Crunches – 15 reps
#2 Leg Lifts- 15 reps
#3 Hip Dips 15 reps per side
#4 Plank- Hold for 30 seconds
#5 Bicycle Crunches- 15 reps
#6 Toe Touches- 15 reps
Repeat these 3 times and there you have it: A compete tummy workout y’all!
Sweeties, by performing this exercise, it will get the blood flowing, your body moving, and you will be on the road to a new and improved you!
