    For Standard Delivery:

    Orders up to $29.99 -  based on actual shipping rates from UPS and USPS. This is calculated based on products' weight and destination.

    FREE Shipping on all orders over $30 using the code SWEETTEA at check-out.

    For Alaska and Hawaii - Add $7.95

    Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.

     

    FREE SHIPPING POLICY

    You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $30 using the code SWEETTEA at check-out. Alaska and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

     

    SHIPPING DETAILS

    All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and are expected to be delivered through UPS within 3-5 business days after they’re shipped. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Additional time and surcharges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

     Packages under 1lb:

    o   Standard Shipping (USPS first class mail)

     Packages 1-9lb:

    o   Standard Shipping (UPS SurePost)

     Over 9lb

    o   Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)

     

    BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING OR DELIVERY:

    Incorrect shipping addresses

    Unable to authorize package with signature (please let UPS know if you are not home)

    PO Boxes - UPS does not ship to PO Boxes (please include house address or expect delay as we ship through USPS)

    Out of Stock (will ship ASAP as ready and we’ll notify you)

    Weather Issues

    If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect it may cause delays. We understand there could be spelling mistakes or sometime you forget to mention the apartment number.  In that case, our system flags your order and we will reach out to you to verify your address. We will contact you 3 times- once by phone and twice by email. If we don’t hear back from you within 2 business days after our last contact, we will cancel and refund your order.

     

    SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

    Shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is available for an extra charge of $7.95. 

     

    SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

    Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

    At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.

     

    TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

    When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Southern Breeze Sweet Tea, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact our customer service representative within 3 days of receiving.

    RETURN POLICY

    If you are not satisfied with our product, please call us immediately at 1-(855)-282-6186 or drop an email to: hello@southernbreezesweettea.com.  We will ask that you return the product to our facility and a refund will be issued once the return package is received. Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email.

     

    CANCEL OR CHANGE IN ORDER

    We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please process a return once you have received the shipment.

     

    CREDITS TO YOUR CHARGE CARD

    Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Southern Breeze has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
