Adding some cinnamon in tea is tasty and healthy

Adding cinnamon in a recipe sounds like a perfect dish or drink to enjoy during the fall nights but did you also know, cinnamon is loaded with health benefits too? That’s right, folks, cinnamon has health benefits. Our favorite fall spice has prebiotic properties in it and may support your gut health. Prebiotics are promoted well-being by nourishing the good bacteria that already lives in your gut. Another health benefit to cinnamon is that it may help limit blood sugar by lowering insulin resistance.

There are multiple benefits to cinnamon but our favorite thing about this spice is its woodsy, citrusy flavor.
