4) Georgetown, South Carolina
Take a walk on the easy, breezy side, y’all . Stroll along Front Street Start your vacation with a stroll along Front Street and the Harborwalk, and take a peek at wonderful antique shops and more! 5) Jekyll Island, Georgia
What’s a vacation in the South without mentioning our home state? This barrier island Shangri-La boasts live Oaks draped in Spanish Moss, golden salt marshes, and the Jekyll Island Club Resort, a gorgeous hotel that looks like it stepped off the pages of a classic book. Take a good book and a warm blanket and snuggle up on Driftwood Beach, which is known for being a very romantic beach.
