- ¼ cup of warm water
- 1 envelope of rapid-rise yeast
- 4 teaspoons of granulated sugar, divided
- 2½ cups of all-purpose flour
- 2½ teaspoons of baking powder
- 1½ teaspoons of table salt
- ½ teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 cup of whole buttermilk
- ½ cup of melted butter, divided

- ¾ cup of plain breadcrumbs
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 24 cheese ravioli, frozen

- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling

- 2 cups of oats
- 2 cups of coconut flakes
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of ground flaxseed
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup of honey
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
